Dpevflbg Toolbar is the newest clone of the infamous Zlob Toolbar/Trojan. It is one of the number of variations with equally unintelligible names. The purpose of this parasite is the same as that of any other Zlob: to promote rogue anti-spyware programs. Dpevflbg Toolbar is responsible for displaying fake security threat reports in the form of popups and system notifications. These arguments are downright false, but their point is to mislead the user into thinking that he is infected and needs a spyware remover to dispose of the problem. Dpevflbg Toolbar is a threat and should therefore be removed upon detection.
